9. Training Bookings & Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to all training course bookings with EnviroLogistics Consulting & Training Ltd, including CPC courses, refresher training, and OLAT.

Cancellation by the Delegate

  • 4 weeks or more before the course date: Cancellations will be accepted subject to a 10% administration charge of the total booking fee.
  • Less than 4 weeks before the course date: No refund will be issued. In exceptional or extenuating circumstances, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Transfers & Rescheduling

  • 4 weeks or more before the course date: Delegates may transfer their booking to an alternative course date or course type, subject to availability and written confirmation from us.
  • Less than 4 weeks before the course date: Transfer requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee availability and reserve the right to decline late transfer requests.

Cancellation by EnviroLogistics

In the event that we are required to cancel a course — for example, due to insufficient delegate numbers, trainer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control — we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. In such cases, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by delegates as a result of cancellation, including travel or accommodation expenses.

Non-Attendance

If a delegate fails to attend a course without prior notice, the full course fee will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be offered.

How to Cancel or Transfer

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to enquiries@envirologistics.consulting. The date of receipt of your written request will be used to determine which cancellation terms apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Please check this page periodically.
